What this system does.
Jadiin.online comprises two complementary applications: the marketing and customer-service website at jadiin.online, and the business operations application at app.jadiin.online. The main website manages product and template catalogues, purchases, invoices, licensed downloads, support tickets, leads, an affiliate programme, and a blog. Its custom SEO tools include sitemap generation, schema, canonical URLs, critical CSS, and image optimisation. Sentry handles error monitoring.
The business application is an ERP with approximately 75 data models and 92 migrations. Its operational workflows cover quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, POS transactions, online-store orders, supplier procurement, and goods receipt. Inventory is managed by warehouse, transferred between warehouses, and tracked by batch, expiry date, or serial number, with barcode support and label printing. Payments use an interchangeable gateway layer supporting Midtrans, Xendit, Doku, Tripay, Faspay, and Nicepay, while shipping rates come from RajaOngkir.
The finance module provides a chart of accounts, journals, posting, fiscal-period locking, financial statements, bank reconciliation, budgets, cost centres, currencies and exchange rates, and tax invoices and reports. The application also includes payroll, asset management with monthly depreciation and maintenance, product analytics, sales forecasting, advertising-expense tracking, and Kanban boards for teamwork. Multi-level approvals, two-factor authentication, user impersonation, health checks, and audit logs support operational controls.

Common questions
What people usually ask.
Why six payment gateways rather than one?
Because the cheapest gateway differs per business and per customer base. The payment layer is an interface with six implementations behind it, so switching provider is a configuration change rather than a rewrite of the checkout.
Does stock update by itself when a sale is recorded?
Yes. One sale writes a stock movement, a receivable, and its journal entry in the same transaction. That single path is the whole point — it is what stops sales, inventory, and the books from disagreeing.
Can it be used without the accounting module?
Yes, and that is the usual start. Sales, POS, and stock are switched on first because they are used daily; accounting follows once transaction data is flowing cleanly.
