School & Learning Centre Applications
One pattern repeats in school software: the system is bought for reporting, then handed to teachers as extra work. They still fill in the paper journal, then retype it into the application. They still call the register, then enter it again on screen. Within a semester the application stops being used.
My measure of success is simple: does the teacher’s workload go down. QR attendance takes seconds and becomes the summary data directly. The teaching journal is filled in once, with photographic documentation, then reviewed and approved by the head in the same system — there is no second book. Grades already entered become the report card without retyping.
SIMPKBM runs this as a multi-tenant platform: one installation serves many institutions, each with its own subdomain, data, and settings, covering Paket A, B, and C equivalency programmes.

QR attendance
Sessions with refreshable QR tokens, geolocated check-in, manual entry, attendance corrections with a change trail, and lateness calculated from school policy.
Verified teaching journals
Journals per lesson period with photographic documentation, submitted to a reviewer, then approved or returned for revision — individually or in bulk.
Learning & assessment
Materials, assignments with deadlines and submissions, virtual classes, question banks, scheduled exams with access tokens and answer autosaving, and automatic grading.
Report cards & certificates
Module grades, skills, attitude assessment, grade recalculation, readiness checks, printing individually or by class, and graduation certificates.
Portal & mobile application
A learner portal for materials, assignments, exams, report cards, and attendance, with PIN or Google login. An API is available for a companion mobile application.

Pin down the reporting formats
Report-card shape, journal format, and required reports are usually already fixed. They get locked first, so nothing large has to be reworked at the end.

Attendance and journals usually first because they are daily; assessment and report cards follow towards the end of term.

Tried on one real group before the whole institution, so problems appear at a size that is still easy to fix.

What people usually ask.
Can one installation serve several institutions?
Yes. SIMPKBM is multi-tenant: one installation serves many institutions, each with its own subdomain, data, and settings, including on-demand TLS certificates for subdomains.
How does QR attendance stop proxy check-ins?
Tokens are refreshed periodically so an old screenshot is useless, and check-in validates location data. Together that makes proxy attendance considerably harder than calling a register.
Do teachers still fill in a paper journal?
No — that is the whole point. The journal is filled in once in the system with photographic documentation, then reviewed and approved by the head in the same system. If a second book survives, the system has failed.
Is there a mobile application for students and parents?
The API exists and is already consumed by a companion mobile application. For the Hadira attendance backend, separate dashboards are provided for administrator, teacher, student, and parent roles.
