What this system does.
Growujil brings together order records from multiple stores and sales platforms with warehouse and shipping processes. The system manages products and their variants, items and item variants, warehouses, incoming and outgoing goods, purchase requests, couriers, shipping companies, pickup scheduling, and goods handover records.
Operations teams monitor order details, shipment status, returns, payment receipts, and fraud-case handling in one place. Advertising expenses are recorded separately to help examine the relationship between marketing costs and sales results. Employee, division, user, role, and permission structures distribute authority across departments.
Reporting covers orders, total sales, daily income, receipts by shipping company, store, and platform, daily profit, inventory, and shipments, with period filters and Excel exports. Large data tables are served through server-side DataTables endpoints, while Redis handles caching. The implementation uses Laravel 11 with Breeze, Blade, and Alpine.js.
