What this system does.
Reservasi.info manages reservations for nature-tourism activities, particularly hiking packages. Visitors choose a location and package, complete their profiles, select dates and participant numbers, and place an order. Capacity is checked against location and package-type quotas, using shared or dedicated quotas according to the configuration.
Payments can be processed through Tripay, users’ wallet balances, or cash-payment records entered by institution administrators. Orders have downloadable invoices and a rescheduling workflow. Check-in records groups, members, personal and group equipment, preparations, provisions, medication, and health information; check-out completes the activity administration.
The management panel uses Filament so locations, hiking packages, birdwatching packages, additional products, orders, invoices, payment histories, wallet balances, and all group data can be managed in one place. Widgets show monthly visitor statistics, activity-type distributions, and visitors by location. The application also provides Avenza map downloads, Google login, WhatsApp OTPs and notifications, and scheduled commands to cancel unpaid orders and check quotas.
